Fishing and Boating

The Penn Warner Club has ongoing partnerships with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and the Pennsylvania Game Commission.

Through a commitment to conservation and environmental stewardship, Waste Management's goal is to protect fish and wildlife on the property while supporting recreation and freshwater fishing.

The Club offers many places to explore, sail, launch and tie up. There are seven boat ramps with adequate parking. Some shoreline access is available. A fishing dock provides a favorite spot on Manor Lake.

Fish include largemouth bass, stripers, walleye, Northern pike, pickerel, white crappie, bluegill, sunfish and carp. There is also an abundance of yellow perch, calicoes and large channel catfish. Anglers routinely catch bass weighing 4 to 6 pounds; the club record is 8 pounds, 4 ounces for largemouth bass and 25 pounds, 12 ounces for Northern pike. Largemouth bass are most active in the cooler months and the best catch in spring and late fall.
